* If an item is damaged during shipment, please take a picture and send it to us.
* Claims of damage and pictures of damage, should be received by us within 7 days of the receipt of the item.
* Once we review your picture, we will either immediately replace your item, ship a replacement, or refund your purchase price – shipping.
* There is no need to ship the item back to us provided you have sent a clear photograph.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

* If you wish to return an item or items because you have changed your mind for any reason.
* we will take items back within 14 days of receipt and refund your initial purchase price only
